Shipping Policy

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. In stock items ship within 3 business days unless order has been expedited.

QOH brand items are made to order (with the exception of clearance items).  Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. 

Clearance items are in stock and ready to ship. 

All other merchandise is provided by 3rd party dropship vendors. These items ship directly from China. Please allow 3-5 days for shipping information on your order to be updated. Please allow 1-4 weeks for delivery. 

 

US and International orders that are shipped through our warehouse ship via UPS or USPS.
