Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy the following notice explains the information we collect, how it is used, how it is safeguarded, and how to contact us if you have any concerns.
Shipping Information:
Items in stock ship within 3 days from our warehouse. If the size you selected is on backorder, the item will ship within 3 weeks unless we have contacted you directly stating otherwise. You can request a rush on any item if the back order item is needed in less than 3 weeks, there is no additional fee to do this. International, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico Orders will be contacted with a shipping price after the order is placed.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
All items are FINAL SALE! We do accept exchanges due to sizing issues, but items must be shipped back to our showroom within 7 days of delivery date. The exchange must be for the same style and color.
Please refer to our size chart before ordering. Sizing can differ from one style to another based on the cut of the design or fabric. If you are uncertain of what size to order you can email your measurements to sales@queenofheartz.com and we can help you determine the best size for the style.
