Looking to have one of our styles for your bridal party? We do offer a discount for parties larger than 6. Love one of our styles but need it in your bridal color? We can special order most of our styles in your choice of color. Email letty@queenofheartz.com

Shipping

QOH brand items are made to order (with the exception of clearance items).  Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. 

All other merchandise is provided by 3rd party dropship vendors. These items ship directly from China. Please allow 3-5 days for shipping information on your order to be updated. Please allow 1-4 weeks for delivery. 

Return Policy

ALL SALES FINAL ON CLEARANCE AND CUSTOM ORDERS!

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Contact customer service at letty@queenofheartz.com to report a problem.

We reserve the right to inspect returned merchandise.

We will NOT ACCEPT worn items. Items that are most likely NOT RETURNABLE are:

-Missing tags.

-Appear to be worn.

-Damaged with makeup, deodorant, cigarette smoke, snags, perfume, or pet hair.

-Not within return period.

Valid returns can take up to 3 days to process once it is received. Your card will be refunded ONLY cost of item. Shipping costs are not refundable. Some returns take up to 7 days to show in your bank or credit card statement, this depends on your bank.
